I must say in closing that the "Respondent" was several years in the making, with regular fellowships and lengthy study about each of its parts. Mark VanDoren has expended no less effort than I, striving for its detailed accuracy. Barbie Marrs and the late Rhonda Alfrey invested countless hours for it's readability. I am very grateful for the study fellowships, which sparked and laid the groundwork for many of these concepts.
I don't see how this project could have come about without each and everyone of these contributions, as well as the many others, including the time my wife Diana spent typing it into the website for your convenience.
